Unlike mat Pilates, the reformer adds an extra layer of challenge and support—making it ideal for building core strength, improving flexibility, enhancing posture, and boosting overall body alignment. It’s suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and can be adapted for injury recovery or performance training.
At our studio, we use the Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformer, one of the most advanced and versatile reformers available, for a smooth, effective, and customized Pilates experience. To ensure your safety, proper form, and personalized attention, our reformer classes are kept small—with a maximum of 8 participants—so you get the guidance and support you need in every session.
