Grip socks are mandatory for reformer classes for safety and hygiene purposes. If socks are forgotten, they are available at the studio for purchase. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW CLIENTS:

If you are new to Reformer Pilates and have no prior experience, it is mandatory to attend a minimum of 3 Reformer ESSENTIALS classes before attending other reformer classes or by instructor recommendation. Foundational knowledge and terminology are essential for safe and effective participation.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances are out of our control and can result in a late arrival to your class. As a courtesy to our valued clients, we offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. The class will begin on time and open for entry for 5 additional minutes. After 5 minutes past class start time, entry will not be permitted. Clients arriving late will be marked as a no-show. This is for safety and liability, as participation in the warm-up is essential.

No-Show Policy

No-shows to a scheduled class will result in:

a) the forfeiture of one (1) class credit for clients using class packs

or

b) the fee paid for a drop-in rate if on a monthly membership.

Waitlist Policy

If you join a waitlist, you may be promoted into class up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time. You will be notified by email and/or text. You will be prompted to accept the class. If the class is scheduled within 3 hours of receiving the acceptance notification and it is not accepted within 1 hour, the class will be offered to another client.

- If you can no longer attend, remove yourself from the waitlist.

- If promoted into class, you accept, and you don’t attend, standard no-show fees apply.

- If you remain on the waitlist and are not promoted, the session will return to your package.

- It is the client’s responsibility to manage their schedule and waitlist updates.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you must cancel within 12 hours to avoid fees and allow others to join.

Fees:

Late Cancellations (within 12 hours): $20

No-Shows (failure to cancel): $30

This cancellation policy applies to illness and all other unforeseen circumstances.
